Hello, my name is Steph Swiatek.

It's true. Most weekends you can find me by Chicago's shoreline with a good book in hand. I write to recharge, and prefer the company of close friends. And, though I spent years on the stage, I'm most excited to be the moment maker behind the scenes. 

I'm an introvert. 

If I've learned anything from my time and experience living in the city, it's that introverts are often the quiet change makers that transform the world. 

This blog is dedicated to stories we don’t often share with the world. ‘Aha' moments, failures, lessons we learn along the way in business, art and life.
